We want refunds to be simple. This policy applies to every purchase on SongAI.
1. 14-day refund, no questions asked
You can get a full refund for any purchase — a subscription payment (including renewals) or a credit pack — within 14 days of the payment. Email aimusicgenerator.app@gmail.com from your account's email address with the date of the purchase. You don't need to give a reason.
When we refund a purchase, the credits it added are removed from your balance — at most what is left, so your balance never goes below zero — and, for a subscription, the plan is cancelled.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan and its credits remain available until the end of the current paid period.
3. Failed generations
If a song generation fails for any reason, the credit is returned to your balance automatically — no request needed.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
5. Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
