Terms of Service

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for it.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method (Google or email) secure.

2. What the Service does

You describe a song or provide lyrics and options (the "Input"). We send the Input to third-party AI music generation services, which generate songs, lyrics and cover art (the "Output"). Each request produces up to two versions; if fewer come back, the credits for the missing version are returned to you.

AI output is unpredictable. Songs may contain mistakes, may not match your request exactly and may be similar to songs generated for other users. We do not guarantee any particular result.

3. Credits

• New accounts receive 1 free credit once. Free credits are limited to one per person; creating extra accounts to obtain more free credits is not allowed.
• One credit is used per generation request. If a generation fails, the credit is returned automatically.
• Subscriptions add their credit allowance every month — yearly plans too, which are billed once a year but credited monthly. Unused credits stay in your balance while your account exists.
• Credits bought in a credit pack do not expire while your account exists.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Paid plans and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments (Dodo Payments Inc. and its group companies), the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Your purchase is also governed by the Dodo Payments Buyer Terms (dodopayments.com/legal/buyer-terms). Dodo Payments confirms your order and sends your invoices and receipts by email; refunds under our Refund Policy are issued through Dodo Payments.

Prices are shown on the Pricing page before purchase and already include applicable taxes such as VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Studio includes lossless WAV downloads. A WAV file is made the first time you download it, while the lossless master is still available from our music generation services (normally for at least 14 days after the song was made). WAV files are kept while your account is on Studio and deleted 30 days after Studio ends; your songs and their regular audio files are not affected.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create, upload or share content that:

• names, imitates or impersonates a real artist, band or person, including their voice or likeness;
• contains copyrighted lyrics or other material you do not have the right to use;
• is sexual content involving minors, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing or encourages violence or self-harm;
• is intended to deceive people into believing it was made or endorsed by someone else;
• breaks any law or the rights of others.

6. Moderation

We automatically check Inputs for real artist names and known copyrighted lyrics and may refuse a request. You can report any song from your library or our example gallery; we review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these Terms.

7. Your content and your rights

You keep any rights you have in your Input. When you provide lyrics or other text, you confirm that you wrote it or have the right to use it this way, and that using it with the Service does not infringe anyone else's rights.

You give us permission to process your Input and Output only to provide the Service and keep it safe, including sending your Input to the third-party AI music generation services that create your songs (Privacy Policy, section 3). We do not use your Input or Output to train AI models.

As between you and us, we assign to you any rights we may have in your Output. Because AI-generated music may not be protected by copyright in every country and similar Output may be produced for others, we cannot guarantee exclusivity.

At this time the Service is licensed for personal, non-commercial use: you may listen to, keep and share your songs, for example with friends or on personal social media without monetization. Commercial licensing is not offered yet; if that changes we will update these Terms and announce it on the Pricing page.

8. Example songs

The example songs on our website are provided for listening only. You may not download, redistribute or use them in your own projects.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you have paid for, we will refund the unused part.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they apply. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. Where reasonable we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

11. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
